1. Do you provide us with the transportation?
Yes, usually 4 ways:
Option 1: Express (door to door service). It is fast and convenient for small parcels, delivered via DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT...
Option 2: Air cargo (to airport service). It is a cost-effective way if the cargo is over 45kg.
Option 3: Sea-cargo. If the order is not urgent, this is a good choice to save on shipping cost, which takes about one month.
Option 4: DDP sea to door.
And some Asia countries we have land transportation as well.

2. How much will the shipping cost be?
The shipping cost depends on compound elements including the products you purchase, the distance, the shipping method you choose, etc.
Please feel free to contact us for further information because only if we know the above details can we calculate the shipping costs for you. For instance, express is usually the best way for urgent needs while sea freight is a proper solution for significant amounts.

3. What is your service time?
Our working hours are 1 am to 3 pm GMT Monday to Friday, and 1 am to 9 am GMT on Saturdays.
