Sharp Launches Huashan Series Color MFPs for China’s Modern Office

The Huashan Series color digital multifunction printers are the latest additions to Sharp’s portfolio and were specifically designed for the fast-changing office environment in China. The Huashan Series has been developed to meet the growing demand in China for Smart Office Technology by improving user experiences, enhancing mobile connectivity options, and demonstrating Sharp’s commitment to designing solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of modern Chinese businesses.

The Huashan Series uses a large, easy-to-read touchscreen to provide users with a single point of entry for all major printer functions (copy, print, scan), while creating a more consistent and streamlined experience for users by integrating mobile devices into their daily printing activities.

Among the most notable features of the Huashan Series is the ergonomically designed tiltable control panel, which allows for ease of use and optimal visibility. The control panel is equipped with a dual-color LED status indicator (blue / orange) that enables users to check the current state of the device from a distance—ideal in a busy office environment. Further, the control panel automatically displays all relevant options when the user inserts a USB drive into the printer. To reduce user error and improve maintenance, the control panel provides jam-clearing instructions and step-by-step operating instructions.

Mobile users will benefit from the Huashan Series’ capability to pair multiple mobile devices, allowing users to send scanned documents directly to a smartphone or tablet, as well as print files and photos from their mobile devices. Automatic skew correction allows users to copy driver’s licenses and ID cards without having to worry about skewed output or wasted paper due to misalignment.
